SHIPPING POLICY

We want your Sabrina Signature experience to be as seamless as the pieces you've chosen. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle your order from dispatch to delivery — and what happens if something isn't quite right.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If you have any questions regarding shipping or your order, please contact our customer support team. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 business hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sabrina Signature, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Change of Mind Returns 

   You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you have changed         your mind about your purchase.

   To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Not be marked as a non-returnable item.

 

   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty,          

   damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

   If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product       ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

   To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the item.

  • Photographs of the packaging, if applicable.

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement item.

  • A partial refund.

  • A full refund.

Refund Process

   Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

   If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 –    10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
